We remain at the forefront offering technological tools to all our policyholders, so we are pleased to inform you of the launch of our Dentegra Mobile App.

1. My policy
- Check your policy number, contracted plan, annual limit, insured guide (able PDF), type of network (Open or closed).
- Check your electronic credential and your policy certificate*.
- The holder may review the conditions of their dental insurance and their beneficiaries (if applicable).

2. Finder of dentists and opticians of the network
- Search by: Address, geographical location, specialty, office, dental clinic or optician.
- Know the name, address, specialties and opening hours of all our providers.

3. Coordination of dental appointments
- Provide three dates and times to have more availability options.
- Confirm your appointment in the Notifications section.
- Check your next appointments, date, time and address with the option to the provider if you have any questions.
- The owner may coordinate appointments for their beneficiaries.

4. Favorites
- Save your provider as a favorite and keep their information at hand.

5. Assistance
- We help you at all times, you can send an email or call our Dentegra Center.

6. Notification
- Receive reminders a day before to attend your appointment.
- Know relevant information according to your contracted policy.
- Evaluate our service through surveys.
