HUGO is compatible with SMETS 1 and SMETS 2 smart meters from all energy, electricity, and gas providers in the UK including (but not limited to) British Gas, EDF, E.ON, Bulb, Octopus, Scottish Power, OVO, Utilita, and more.
HUGO verifies that you are linked to the shared address through your credit/debit card ed at your address. Your card details remain confidential and encrypted at all times. HUGO cannot and will not use your card information to levy any charges.
