MOD (Mobility on Demand) by Yuba-Sutter Transit is here to make your travel hassle-free! MOD is an on demand, shared ride service that comes when you want, where you want. Book rides straight from your phone, get picked up in minutes and connect to nearby bus routes or run errands locally without needing a car.
With a few taps, book a ride within your specific MOD service zone. Our real-time technology ensures you find the best connection to reach your destination quickly and conveniently.
HOW IT WORKS:
1. the MOD Ride app and create an .
2. Book a ride by setting your pickup and drop-off locations and indicate if you’re riding with any additional engers. This includes children or personal care attendants.
3. Receive an estimated pickup time and location upon booking. As you wait for your MOD vehicle to arrive, updates will be provided via the MOD Ride app or via text message.
4. Board the MOD vehicle when it arrives and pay your fare!
ZONE-BASED SERVICE
MOD is designed to provide riders with direct connections to Yuba-Sutter Transit’s local fixed routes, making cross-town travel more convenient. Zones are localized to meet specific transportation needs, and the MOD Ride app provides up-to-date information based on your location. s outside the currently available MOD zones will not be able to see or schedule rides.
