Some devices (e.g. Samsung) encrypt WiFi s, so that no app can show them clearly. To show them, please, following the instruction in the Welcome Alert Dia the app or here: android.stackexchange.com/questions/95923/decrypting-wpa-supplicant-conf-on-samsung-galaxy-mobiles. Thanks for collaboration.
N. B.: it's impossible to make an application to show WiFi s without requiring root, as it has to read a file that is in an inaccessible location without privileges (/data/misc/wifi/wpa_supplicant.conf).
